Only unmarried individuals may join Mekudeshet. A prerequisite of membership is that all members have a halachic “get” as well as civil divorce.
- Can I have more than one account on Mekudeshet?
Only one membership is allowed per person.
- Can I register a friend to Mekudeshet?
No. Every member should sign up by him/herself and represent him/herself only. Any third party may suggest to an individual to join Mekudeshet.
- I am a Matchmaker - Can I register, my singles?
No, Every member should be signing up by him/herself only. Just suggest to them to sign up in their names and mention you as their Shadchan.
- I am a Matchmaker Can I register myself?
Yes. You are very welcome, to join our Team. To do that you need to contact us by mail or phone .
- Do I need to provide Mekudeshet my real personal details?
Yes. Providing your real name and contact information during registration adds a just dimension of sincerity and accountability. Mekudeshet may contact each member to verify the accuracy of their profile. A member's Name, Phone Number, and E-mail address are kept completely confidential by Mekudeshet and are never given to any other member under any circumstances.
- Can anyone see my e-mail address or phone number?
No other member can see your e-mail address, or your phone number. This personal and confidential information is not seen at any time by anyone without your approval except for the Mekudeshet administrators and our matchmakers team.
- Can I lie about my personal information?
