Legal agreement
This is a legal Agreement between you and Mekudeshet service, and if you use our services and/or became member that indicates that you accept these terms.
If you do not accept these terms do not use this service.
Eligibility
Mekudeshet is a singles online community dedicated to helping exclusively Jewish men and women meet other Jewish singles looking to find serious and traditional relationship.
You must be eighteen or over to use this service. By using this service, you represent and warrant that you abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Term
This Agreement will remain in effect while you use the service. Either you or Mekudeshet may terminate your membership at any time, without explanation. Mekudeshet reserves the right to suspend your access to the service at its sole discretion.
Membership
You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself on your profile and all other Content. You agree to maintain and update all information posted by you and to keep it true. If any information provided by you is untrue or incomplete Mekudeshet has the right to terminate your account. Members are entitled to have only one membership on Mekudeshet.Any membership purchased shall be final and nonrefundable. Should a member in any manner violate these terms of service, Mekudeshet has the right to terminate your membership with no refund for the unused portion of your membership period. Should a member choose to terminate his or her membership, no refund shall be provided for the unused portion of membership.By purchasing a membership, you authorize Mekudeshet to renew your membership automatically unless you disable at least 4 days before the end of your subscription period.
Content
Mekudeshet reserves the right to monitor and delete any content on the Mekudeshet website that in the judgment of Mekudeshet violate this Agreement or is against Jewish ethics at Mekudeshet own interpretation.
By posting Content on Mekudeshet, you grant to Mekudeshet an irrevocable non-exclusive license to use such information and Content and to prepare derivative works and to authorize sublicenses of the foregoing.
Mekudeshet does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information on the service and neither adopts nor endorses nor is responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, statement or Content made by members. Mekudehet will not be responsible for damages resulting from information posted on Mekudeshet service, or transmitted to or from Mekudeshet members.
Prohibited Content
Racism, bigotry, hatred against any group or individual, harassment of another persons, transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters", "spamming". to promote information that is false, to promote illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous, to displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind, to provide material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18, to engages in commercial activities or sales without our prior written consent,
You must use the Mekudeshet service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
You may not engage in any kind of advertising, if you are in violation of the terms of service in this regard, you agree that Mekudeshet shall be entitled to liquidate damages in the amount of $10,000.00 per violation.
Advice Columnists
Mekudeshet may provide e-mail messages or online content from advice columnists who respond to "dating and relationship" questions. Such content does not constitute counseling of any kind. Users, who may be seeking advice, are urged to consult with a qualified counselor.
Limitations on Liability
Mekudeshet does not ensure the privacy of any member as a consequence of contact, meeting or encounter with any other individual through the Mekudeshet service. Further, any screening and review by Mekudeshet is limited only to Content review in order to protect the integrity of the service.
Mekudeshet is not liable for damages arising out of communicating and or meeting with other members of this service or introduced to you via this service, such as physical, bodily injury and or emotional distress.
Mekudeshet is not responsible for the use by others of information you provide to them, and you should use caution in selecting the personal information you provide to others through Mekudeshet, and you release us from any liability in connection with the use of such information.
Mekudeshet is not responsible for any incidental, direct or indirect damages arising out of the use of the Mekudeshet services.
Mekudeshet liabilities to you will at all times be limited to the amount paid by you for the service during the term of membership.
Indemnity
You agree to hold Mekudeshet partners, employees, volunteers, affiliates and agents harmless from any loss, liability, costs, expenses, claim or demand, including all attorneys' fees, made by you or any third party due to or arising out of use of the service in any manner.
Non Commercial Use
The service is for the personal use of individuals only and may not be used in connection with any commercial organizations, companies or businesses, and they may not become members of Mekudeshet and should not use Mekudeshet for any purpose
Proprietary Rights
Mekudeshet owns all the proprietary rights on the Mekudeshet website content and the service, the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of Mekudeshet and its licensors.
Conflicts
Mekudeshet reserves the right to monitor and investigate disputes between you and other members.
Disclaimers
Mekudeshet is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Content posted on the website or in correspondence between members and users or programming associated with or utilized in the service, nor for the conduct of any user and member online or off-line
Mekudeshet assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to users. Mekudeshet does not promise any specific results from use of the website or the service, and does not warrant that any defects in the service will be corrected.
Modification
Mekudeshet reserves the right to change any of the terms and conditions in this agreement, at any time and in its sole discretion.
Assignment
Neither the rights nor the obligations arising under this Agreement are assignable or transferable by you; Mekudeshet may assign this Agreement to any successor, affiliate or assignee.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement, is considered accepted upon use of the service and or membership of Mekudeshet, and contains the entire agreement between you and Mekudeshet.
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
